The details to know before choosing your watch hours campaign.
Are these quantities hours or views?
Each quantity is the number of watch hours in the package. For example, a 1,000 watch hours package is 1,000 hours watched; it is not a package of 1,000 views.
Will this guarantee monetization approval?
No. Watch time does not guarantee YouTube Partner Program eligibility or monetization approval.
Can I use a Short or live stream?
Use a regular public video within the length range shown in your selected tab. Shorts and current or previous live streams are not supported.
When will my analytics update?
Allow approximately 48 hours after the campaign is completed for YouTube Analytics to update. You can check the delivered watch hours in your own analytics.
Can I edit my video during delivery?
Keep the video public, accessible, and the same length throughout delivery. Editing, shortening, deleting, or restricting the video can interrupt delivery and affect watch time already added.
Which video-length option should I choose?
Choose the tab that matches your video length. The 6–60 min videos option offers 100–20,000 watch hours per order, with estimated delivery of 50–150 watch hours per day. The 60–100 min videos option offers 100–4,000, with estimated delivery of 500–3,000 per day. Actual speed can vary.
Which YouTube link should I provide?
Paste the public link to the regular YouTube video for your selected length option. A youtube.com or youtu.be link is accepted. Link formats can vary; check that yours opens the intended video. Current and previous live streams are not supported. Check that the link opens the correct, public video before ordering.
Why are some quantities only available in certain tiers?
Each tier has its own packages. The selector shows only quantities available for the selected tier. If your quantity is unavailable when switching tiers, choose another package.
Do you need my YouTube password?
No. We only need the public video URL. Do not share your password or login credentials.
Can I add more than one campaign?
Yes. Add each video as a separate cart item. You can also combine different services in one cart.
Can I order again for the same video?
Wait at least 48 hours after completion for YouTube Analytics to update before ordering again for the same video. Total limits per video also apply: 500,000 watch hours for the 6–60 minute option and 4,000 for the 60–100 minute option. Contact us before ordering again to confirm availability.
When does campaign processing begin?
Processing begins after payment is confirmed. Keep your video public and accessible during the campaign.
