Your information, explained

Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This Privacy Policy explains how SocioFame ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you browse our website, create an account, place an order, or contact us about our services.

1. Information we collect

The information we handle depends on how you use SocioFame:

Account information
Your name, email address, password hash, verification status, and account security settings when you register or manage an account.
Campaign and order information
The public profile or content links you submit, selected services, package quantities, campaign options, prices, order references, payment status, and campaign progress. Guest orders include the contact email you provide.
Payment records
Transaction amounts, currencies, payment-provider references, payment confirmations, and related transaction details received from the payment provider you use.
Support information
Messages, campaign requirements, business details, and attachments you choose to send when contacting us.
Technical and session information
IP addresses, browser information, session identifiers, security-check results, and diagnostic or security logs generated when you use the website.

Please provide only information relevant to your campaign or support request. We do not need your social media account password, payment-card security code, or cryptocurrency wallet private keys.

2. How we use information

  • Create and manage accounts, verify email addresses, and protect access to your account.
  • Maintain your cart, save orders, confirm payments, and arrange campaign fulfillment.
  • Provide order access, communicate payment confirmation and campaign updates, and respond to support requests.
  • Review custom campaign requirements and discuss services you request.
  • Detect fraud, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on providing the services you request, meeting legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing our services, or your consent where applicable.

3. Service providers and sharing

We share relevant information with providers that help us operate the website and deliver your requested services. These include hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery providers, payment processors, security services, and campaign fulfillment partners.

Fulfillment partners may receive the public target link, selected service, quantity, and campaign requirements needed to process an order. We limit the information shared to what is needed for the task.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile for security checks. This can involve processing technical information, including your IP address, browser information, and verification results. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, to respond to a lawful request, to protect rights and prevent fraud, or when you direct or authorize us to do so.

4. Payment information

Available payment methods are processed through third-party providers, including Stripe for card checkout and NOWPayments for cryptocurrency checkout. Information needed to open and identify your payment, such as order references, amounts, currency, service details, or contact information, may be sent to the provider as relevant to that payment method.

You enter payment credentials through the provider’s checkout. SocioFame does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. We retain payment references, status, amounts, and confirmation details needed to reconcile your order or handle a payment enquiry.

Cryptocurrency transactions may be recorded on public blockchains. Those public records are maintained by the relevant network and cannot be changed or erased by SocioFame.

Payment providers handle information under their own policies: Stripe Privacy Policy and NOWPayments Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and similar browser storage to maintain sessions, keep your cart available, support account sign-in and guest order access, protect forms, and remember interface preferences. Security and payment providers may also use cookies or similar technologies as part of their services.

You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in, checkout, your cart, or access to guest orders from working correctly.

6. External services and links

Our website links to social platforms, payment providers, and Telegram. When you follow a link or contact us using another platform, that provider’s privacy practices also apply. For example, messages sent through Telegram are handled under the Telegram Privacy Policy.

Campaigns use public profile or content links that you supply. Information already published on a social platform remains subject to that platform’s settings and policies. Please make sure you are entitled to provide any information you submit to us.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services, manage accounts and orders, respond to enquiries, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and the reason it is held.

We use safeguards such as access controls and password hashing to help protect information. No system or method of transmission can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

A request to delete an account or personal information does not necessarily require deletion of records we must retain for legitimate legal, accounting, security, or dispute-related purposes.

8. Your choices and requests

You can update available account information through your account settings. You can also contact us to request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you.

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a concern with a relevant supervisory authority. These rights may be subject to exceptions and verification requirements.

Send privacy requests to [email protected]. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or order. We may ask for additional information to verify a request before disclosing or changing personal information. Do not send passwords or sensitive payment credentials.

9. Children’s information

SocioFame’s services are not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

10. Policy updates

We may update this policy when our services or information-handling practices change. The current version will be available on this page with its last-updated date. We will provide additional notice or seek consent where required by applicable law.
