What is the difference between Standard, Premium, and Elite?
Standard is our regular campaign option. Premium uses higher-quality user profiles. Elite uses higher-quality user profiles than Premium. Choose the tier and quantity that fit your campaign.
Which Instagram link should I provide?
Paste your Instagram profile link and check that it opens the correct public profile. Check that the link opens the correct, public profile before ordering.
Why are some quantities only available in certain tiers?
Each tier has its own packages. The selector shows only quantities available for the selected tier. If your quantity is unavailable when switching tiers, choose another package.
Do you need my Instagram password?
No. We only need the public profile URL. Do not share your password or login credentials.
Can I add more than one campaign?
Yes. Add each profile as a separate cart item. You can also combine different services in one cart.
Can I order again for the same profile?
Yes. After completing a purchase, you can place a separate order for the same profile. Within your current cart, edit the existing item to change its package for this service.
When does campaign processing begin?
Processing begins after payment is confirmed. Keep your profile public and accessible during the campaign.
