Cancellation and refunds

All our services are digital. You are eligible for a refund if you cancel the order before we start the campaign or before the service delivery is initiated. Once we start the process then it becomes difficult to cancel the order.

After you make a purchase, it usually takes us few hours to set everything up and start delivering the service.

If you change your mind after the purchase you can ask us to cancel the order by giving us your order number or your billing email address. You can do this by contacting us, simply open the chat (bottom right corner) and make a refund request.
